In this generative workshop, we will examine several contemporary works of poetry that center on the theme of gratitude/remembrance. We will write from a prompt, and there will be an opportunity to share (if we wish). Following the sharing, we will critique a poem that each participant has brought in (limited to one page in length). Poems for critique must be previously unpublished. Participants should bring 10 copies of the poem to be critiqued, and something to write on/with. To register, please follow the link below.

Please join us for a lively evening of poetry (yes, poetry can be lively) showcasing the work of the (Not) Dead (Yet) Poet's Society. The reading will begin at 6pm. Join us on Wednesdays from 10-12pm for the (Not) Dead (Yet) Poet’s Society, led by Anna DiMartino and Ron Salisbury. We will have a lively discussion on a contemporary piece of poetry, work from a writing prompt, writing for a short time (10-15mins), and we’ll read/critique participants’ work (if they would like). Participants are encouraged to bring 10 copies of a work in progress, not to exceed 1 page.
